Shipping Policy

SHIPPING UPDATE: 9/16/20

We are still shipping orders as normal, dispatching within 2-3 days. However, due to the pandemic, there may be some delays. We know that postal services all over the world are delayed due to tighter border controls and restrictions of movement, therefore exact times of arrival are hard to predict.

We post US parcels via a First-Class Royal Mail service or by a courier depending on the weight and size of the item(s). Overseas parcels are sent via courier.

Once your order has been dispatched from us, you will receive a shipping notification. From this point, delivery times are generally as follows:

For US: 5-10 working days

For UK: 2-3 working days (Prints)

For Europe: 5-10 working days

For Rest of World: Up to 2-3 weeks

We also offer an expedited service - this will either be sent via Royal Mail or courier depending on location. Please note that we aren't able to offer next day shipping on items in my catalog.

International: $12 flat rate depending on country

If you require an urgent delivery, please email us at jordanlesterdesign@gmail.com and we will try our very best to accommodate your request. This may be subject to an extra shipping cost which will be agreed with you before sending.
